Virginia loves walking around the world’s great cities and riding their subways. Since becoming parents thirteen years ago, Virginia and her husband include their boy/girl twins on all their trips. So far, these lucky kids have been to 9 different countries and countless national parks in the U.S. Her blog, www.wellwornsoul.com, is about travel, parenting, and urban living.
Virginia's writing has been published in the South Florida Sun Sentinel and she has edited and contributed to the first and second editions of Play Around the Bay: A Guide to Bay Area Outings for Families with Young Children. She has also done writing in marketing communication for the medical, insurance, and legal fields.
Virginia's interest in complementary medicine comes from attending a one year program at The Swedish Institute of Massage in New York City, having worked as a massage therapist for health clubs and spas, and having been a faithful client of countless practitioners in this field.
